Peel paint in tub at drain. Caulking at corner of tub cracking and some mold at site. A poor attempt to touch up black paint on cabinets! Several bad dings a corners of pony walls on third floor facing interior courtyard.

Lovely hotel and very convenient location close to LAX with a regular shuttle service. Room was comfortable and very spacious with separate dining/living room. Great to have breakfast included. We picked up a rental car the next morning which was a short walk from the hotel.

The boiler burst, resulting in no hot water for our entire stay. We were told we can do to another hotel to shower. Did not receive any compensation at all

Good location right at airport for 1 night stay after getting off long haul 11 hour flight.. Have stayed previously at this hotel a few times in the past. Rooms are good size and very comfortable but facilities at hotel not so good anymore. If these are Embassy Suites new policies regarding breakfast facilities and 2 Hour Managers reception they need to change their advertising or stop charging 5 star hotel prices as they are not providing the 5 star service customers have been used to in the past.

Josh is amazing! My husband and I are in the entertainment industry, so we came for filming. It was also our wedding anniversary, Josh and the front staff worked with hubby to pull off the best surprise!! Excellent staff, great breakfast! Josh and the staff.. simply amazing!!!

Breakfast was great. Staff was amazing, the $250 per room security deposit was a bit much. One room the air conditioner didn't work properly and was stuffy all night
